About Lambert Sports Therapies
I am a former County Gymnast ranked 4th in the Under 16 age group and the winner of 6 Gold medals at both County and National level. I joined the Army in January 1998, after sucesfully attending and passing Selection at ATR Pribright in December 1997. I spent nearly 8 years in Regular Service and an injury in 2001 forced my retirement a few years later. Prior to and on leaving the Army I spent many years going between Physiotherapists, Doctors and Surgeons. On very high doses of pain killers for a period of 6 years I finally decided to do something about it. I trained as a Sports Therapist, and qualified in 2010 with Distinction (a nationally accreditted qualification). We offer personal fitness instruction, sports massage, sports psychology, diet and nutrition, and return to fitness from injury and illnessMy training, work experience and any achievement
